How many days’ notice do I need for a booking?
Same-day bookings are available if we have openings, but we recommend allowing 2-3 days’ notice.

Do you offer delivery?
Yes, we offer delivery for $39 to $79, depending on the distance from our warehouse. This fee will be added after your order is placed. For more details, please contact us.

Do I need to clean the rentals before returning them?
Yes, rentals must be returned in the same condition as they were when dropped off.

Yes, a 25% deposit is required for all rentals.

Do I have to be home when you deliver or pick up my rentals?
No, you do not need to be present. However, you are fully responsible for the rentals once they are dropped off at your agreed-upon location. Note: Some exclusions apply for parks and other public spaces.

Does the delivery fee include setup?
No, the delivery fee does not include setup.

What happens if rentals need to be moved out of the venue immediately after the party?
An extra charge will be applied for a specific pick-up and drop-off time.

What happens if I damage a piece of rental equipment while it’s in my possession?
A security deposit of 25% of the order total (or a minimum of $150) will be required to cover accidental damages.
