How many days’ notice do I need for a booking?
Same-day bookings are available if we have openings, but we recommend allowing 2-3 days’ notice.

Yes! We offer delivery. Please select the delivery option that best applies to your location and event needs at checkout.

What is the Park and/or Same Day Delivery and Pickup Fee?

This fee applies to all events held at parks or any location that requires same-day pickup. Parks often have strict time constraints and require immediate setup and teardown. This option includes a 2-hour delivery window and coordinated same-day pickup to meet those requirements.

What does Sacramento County Delivery include?

This delivery option is for events located outside Sacramento city limits but still within Sacramento County. We’ll deliver and pick up your items within a 2-hour delivery window of your selected time. If you're not sure whether your address qualifies as "County," feel free to contact us for confirmation.

What is Sacramento City Delivery?

This is our standard delivery option for events held within the city of Sacramento. It includes delivery and pickup within a 2-hour window of your selected time. Ideal for residential and local event deliveries.

What is Exact Time Delivery?

Need us there exactly at a specific time? Choose this option to guarantee delivery at your requested time (rather than a 2-hour window). This is perfect for tight schedules, venues with strict access times, or events with precise timelines.

Do I need to clean the rentals before returning them?
Yes, rentals must be returned in the same condition as they were when dropped off other than popcorn and cotton candy machines.

How long is the rental period?
The rental period is flexible and based on your specific needs.

Is a deposit required?
Yes, a 25% deposit is required for all rentals.

Can I make changes to my order without being penalized?
You can make changes to your order with at least 24 hours’ notice. Extra charges may apply depending on the modifications.

Do I have to be home when you deliver or pick up my rentals?
No, you do not need to be present. However, you are fully responsible for the rentals once they are dropped off at your agreed-upon location. Note: Some exclusions apply for parks and other public spaces.

Does the delivery fee include setup?
No, the delivery fee does not include setup.

What happens if rentals need to be moved out of the venue immediately after the party?
An extra charge will be applied for a specific pick-up and drop-off time.

How do I get in touch after hours in case of an emergency related to my event?
We are available 24/7 for emergencies at either of our phone numbers.

What happens if I damage a piece of rental equipment while it’s in my possession?
A security deposit of 25% of the order total (or a minimum of $150) will be required to cover accidental damages.
