How Many Daysโ Notice Do I Need for a Booking?
Same-day bookings may be available based on inventory and schedule availability. We recommend allowing 2โ3 daysโ notice whenever possible.
Do You Offer Delivery?
Yes! We offer delivery throughout Sacramento and surrounding areas. Please select the delivery option that best applies to your event location and timing needs at checkout.
What Is the Park and/or Same-Day Delivery & Pickup Fee?
This fee applies to events held at parks or locations that require same-day pickup. Many parks have strict time restrictions and require coordinated setup and teardown.
This option includes:
- A scheduled 2-hour delivery window
- Coordinated same-day pickup
Sacramento County & West Sacramento Delivery
This option covers events outside Sacramento city limits but within Sacramento County, including West Sacramento. Delivery and pickup occur within a 2-hour window based on your selected time.
What Is Sacramento City Delivery?
This is our standard delivery option for events within the City of Sacramento. It includes delivery and pickup within a 2-hour window of your selected time and is ideal for residential and local events.
What Is Exact Time Delivery?
Need delivery at a specific time instead of a window? Exact Time Delivery guarantees arrival at your requested time. This option is ideal for venues with strict access times or tightly scheduled events.

Do I Need to Clean Rentals Before Returning Them?
Yes. Rentals must be returned in the same condition as delivered. Popcorn and cotton candy machines are excluded from this requirement.
How Long Is the Rental Period?
Rental periods are flexible and based on your specific event needs. Details will be outlined in your reservation.
Is a Deposit Required?
Yes. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required for all rentals to secure your reservation.
Can I Make Changes to My Order?
Changes may be made with at least 24 hoursโ notice, subject to availability. Additional charges may apply depending on the modification.
Do I Need to Be Present for Delivery or Pickup?
No. You do not need to be present. However, you are fully responsible for the equipment once it is delivered to the agreed-upon location. Some restrictions apply for parks and public venues.
Does the Delivery Fee Include Setup?
No. Delivery fees do not include setup unless explicitly stated in your quote.
What If Rentals Need to Be Removed Immediately After the Event?
If rentals must be picked up at a specific time immediately following your event, additional charges will apply.

What Happens If I Damage Rental Equipment?
A security deposit of 25% of the order total (minimum $150) may be required to cover accidental damage. Charges for repair or replacement may apply if damage exceeds normal wear and tear.
