How many days notice do I need for a booking ?

  • Same day booking is available if we have openings but usually allow 2-3 days notice

Do you offer Delivery?

We offer delivery for $39 to $69, price is based on the distance from our warehouse. This fee can be added after your order is placed. For more details, contact us.

I am ready to make a reservation. How do I go about placing an order?

  • We have self service options on our website or you can always call in for a quote.

Do I need to clean the rentals before I return them ?

  • Rentals need to be returned in same condition as they were when dropped off

How long is the rental period ? 

  • Rental period is dependent on customers needs 

Is a deposit required ? 

  • A 25% deposit will be required for all rentals.

Can I make changes to my order without being penalized ? 

  • Please allow at least 24 hours for any order modifications, extra charges may apply depending on the changes

Do you offer customer pick-up?

  • Yes we offer customer pick-up just make sure to specify in booking notes

What time will my rentals arrive ?

  • Rentals will arrive depending on the drop off time selected by the customer upon time of booking

Do I have to be home when you deliver or pick up my rentals ?

  • No you do not have to be present for pick up but are fully responsible for rentals once they are dropped off at your agreed upon location. Some Exclusions apply such as parks and other public places

Does delivery fee include set-up?

  • Delivery does not include set up 

What happens if rentals are required to be moved out of venue immediately after the party ? 

  • Extra charge will be applied for a set pick up and drop off time 

How to get in touch after hours in case of emergency related to my event ?

  • We can be contacted 24hrs in case of emergency at one of our two phone numbers

What happens if we damage a piece of rental equipment while it is in our possession ?

  • All rentals placed will have security deposit of 25% of order total or a minimum security deposit of $150 for accidentals
